Job Description
  • Follow recipe instructions from Chef
  • Keep kitchen clean and tidy
  • Assist with general help duties
  • Make soup from scratch
  • Cook all items as per recipe instructed by chef/owner
Qualifications
  • 3+ Years in Hakka Indian Chinese cooking experience
  • 3+ years Experience in a food & beverage environment or hospitality industry
Professional Skill Requirements
  • Able to assist as needed with a variety of kitchen functions
  • Good communication skills
  • Desire to work in an food and beverage environment
  • Ability to contribute in a fastpaced kitchen environment, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal skills
  • Team working skills to achieve finish food products to be served in the restaurant.
  • Motivate individuals to work collaboratively as a productive team
  • Ability to work in a fast paced team work environment
  • Flexibility and punctual
  • Good Time management skills
  • Basic project management skills
Language Requirements
  • English, Cantonese, Mandarin or Hakka (either 2 is a must)
Salary
  • Starting Wage: $17/Hour (depending on work experience)
