Job Description
- Follow recipe instructions from Chef
- Keep kitchen clean and tidy
- Assist with general help duties
- Make soup from scratch
- Cook all items as per recipe instructed by chef/owner
Qualifications
- 3+ Years in Hakka Indian Chinese cooking experience
- 3+ years Experience in a food & beverage environment or hospitality industry
Professional Skill Requirements
- Able to assist as needed with a variety of kitchen functions
- Good communication skills
- Desire to work in an food and beverage environment
- Ability to contribute in a fastpaced kitchen environment, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal skills
- Team working skills to achieve finish food products to be served in the restaurant.
- Motivate individuals to work collaboratively as a productive team
- Ability to work in a fast paced team work environment
- Flexibility and punctual
- Good Time management skills
- Basic project management skills
Language Requirements
- English, Cantonese, Mandarin or Hakka (either 2 is a must)
Salary
- Starting Wage: $17/Hour (depending on work experience)
